The First Congregational United Church of Christ of Coloma voted to call Rev. Mike Tupper as their settled pastor on June 1st, 2023.
Rev. Tupper has been in ministry for forty years. This is his tenth and final church to serve as Pastor or Associate Pastor. He has served churches in Missouri, Kentucky, Indiana, and Michigan. He switched from being a United Methodist pastor to being a United Church of Christ pastor three years ago because of his belief in the affirmation and inclusion of LGBTQ persons in the church. He has been married to Lori for forty-five years.
